Customers want to see their orders, invoices and documents themselves, where they already sign in. With extensions for the Shopify customer account, we bring that data to them.
Documents from your own system
At Tinx-IT, customers see their orders, invoices, shipments, returns and credit notes live from Business Central, in their Shopify account.
Download invoices
At Gutsy, customers see their invoices on the orders page and download the PDF through a link that is only valid for a short time.
Details in the profile
Customers fill in extra details in their profile themselves, such as their customer type and tax details for e-invoicing at Gutsy.
Reorder
A previous order back in the cart in one go, with an overview beforehand of what can and can't be reordered.
